WHEN TODDLERS REIGN SUPREME

SAN FRANCISCO - January 28, 2003 - Shouting, crying, pouting and general all-around mayhem are emerging signs of the new Reign of Toddlers in American households. As with baby booms of the past, it appears that young children are again the center of attention of a new generation of thirty-and-fortysomethings.
