DIGITAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Files must be in RGB/ JPEG format. File size must be no more than 2MB and no less than 300KB at a resolution of 120 DPI.
Do not send prints unless requested.
All image file titles must be labeled with the following information:
"Your First Name_Last Name_Image number (1,2, or 3).jpg"
Example:

Please do not send original digital files as TCB-Cafe Publishing cannot return any materials.
Photographs can be in color or black & white.

After submitting online the Entry Form, you will be directed to a web page to pay your entry fees online. The preferred method of secure credit card payment is via PayPal. At the completion of online payment you may submit your contest-formatted images via email to "photos at cafeandre.com"

DIGITAL SUBMISSION VIA CD REQUIREMENTS
Please verify that all submissions are virus free before sending.
The CD should be mailed with the completed and printed out Entry Form, and a self-addressed stamped postcard (postcard will be returned upon receipt of submission). Please also include a check or money order for payment.
Send entry by regular mail (no Fedex or UPS). If you need to send via a high speed courrier service, please contact TCB-Cafe Publishing for instructions on how to address your package.

FINALISTS DIGITAL FILES REQUIREMENTS
Entrants selected as finalists will be requested via email to send a high-resolution file of the image under consideration. This file should be sent according to the instructions enclosed in the notification email.
The preferred computer system for the CD-ROM or Zip Disk (100MB) is the Apple Macintosh. The CD cannot be returned. If the high-resolution digital image sent in for printing is deemed unacceptable for reproduction, the work will not be included in the book.
Finalists will be notified by email at the end of the judging period. The decisions of the publisher are final.
