ENTRY FORMATS
- VHS or DVD. DVD can be Region '0' or '1'. 1/2" VHS tapes should be in NTSC standards. One entry per tape or DVD, with the title and program clearly labeled on the outside of the tape and package.
- Any non-English language entries must include English subtitles or be dubbed in English, as well as include an English language Entry form.
- No materials will be returned. Send only high-quality duplicates of the original material.
- Entry forms, fees paid by check or money order, and entry materials such as tape and DVD should be included in a single package.
- North American entries must be postmarked by the stated deadline dates. International entries must be received before the stated deadline dates.
- Samples of Press Materials, High Resolution Stills, Bio's, and other support materials may also be submitted at time of entry.
- One Minute Viewer Videos of under 2 minutes long can be submitted at no cost on Internet Video website YouTube.com.
Multiple Submissions of the same show are accepted. Each new episode must be accompanied by a new entry form and entry fee.

Entry Fees paid by credit card must be paid online at the competition website before submission of Entry Forms and other materials via mail. Entries submitted without forms, entry fees (check, money order, or online), or entry materials will not be considered for the competition.

COMPETITION CATEGORIES
Entrants can submit in one of the two Main categories, and then in up to two of its Subcategories:
Main Categories:
1. Viewer Submitted Mini (One-Two Minute) Video.
Under 2 minutes long and submitted at no cost on Internet Video website YouTube.com. Submissions will be ranked by YouTube viewers/members. Top ranked Viewer Submitted videos will be invited to appear on the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL.
2. Food Professional Video Submission.
Over 2 minutes in length, and produced by or featuring a food professional, including chefs, stylists, caterers, mixologists, food critics and writers, chocolate makers, etc. Submissions will be reviewed by the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL production and programming team. Finalists will be announced based on topic.

RETURN OF SUBMISSIONS
No materials will be returned. By entering the Entrant agrees that neither the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL or TCB-Cafe Publishing & Media will be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
