THE INDIE FOOD CHANNEL

TCB-Cafe Publishing & Media presents The INDIE FOOD CHANNEL. The INDIE FOOD CHANNEL is a new broadcast format that showcases independent cooking shows, short films and documentaries in an ongoing series of programs televised throughout the United States and Canada. Composed of winning entries to the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL Competition and Film Festival, the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL programming highlights the quality and diversity of content that viewers crave in these days of digital and satellite TV. Vetted by a jury of film makers, food editors, chefs and regular cooking show audiences, each INDIE FOOD CHANNEL program brings a combination of consistency, surprise, and titillation to one of television's most watched genres. It also gives the prize-winning cooking shows, short films and documentaries both the widespread visibility and viewership they deserve.

These programs will be aired in selected television markets nationwide as part of the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL Film Festival, and may also be sent on DVD to the top food and television critics and media buyers around the country.
