I have what are classified as hazel eyes that are mostly green with light brown closer to the pupil and a dark brown ring around the iris. My dad has blue eyes and my mom also has hazel, whatever that may have to do with it. Both my mom, her brother and myself have found that when we are sick or tired, our eyes turn a lot more green. How can that have anything to do with blood in our diet?
